Da Rulez (FAQ & terms/conditions)

Thank you for your interest in booking with me!!!!! This page will go over some basic questions, as well as outline my booking policies!​

You must be 18+ years old to book with me.​​

​

How do I prepare for my appointment?

  • Try to get 8 hours of sleep the night before your appointment.

  • Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before your tattoo, as it can increase bleeding.

  • Eat a full meal at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment, and hydrate well.

  • Bring water, headphones, or anything you may need to feel comfortable during your tattoo.

  • Moisturize the tattoo area before arriving at your appointment (dry skin is harder to work with!)

  • Wear loose clothing and/or bring a change of clothes to easily access the tattoo area.

Can I bring a guest? 

Yes! I personally don't mind if you bring a friend to your appointment. However, if there are other artists and clients working in the tattoo area, your guest might not be able to sit with us.​

Pricing?

I price most of my tattoos based on size/complexity. For large-scale tattoos or full day sessions I defer to my hourly rate of $175/hour.

Deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to claim a design/reserve a date for an appointment. This comes off the final cost of the tattoo! I take my deposits through e-transfer for Canadian clients, or Venue Ink (a tattoo artist booking platform) for international clients.

How do I book flash?

My available flash can be found here on my website, or in my "flash" highlight on my instagram. All my flash is repeatable unless otherwise stated. Flash is priced based on the size you get it!

How do I book customs? Custom "waitlist"???

I DO book custom tattoos regularly, however, I take on only a limited amount of customs each month as to not overwhelm myself! If my custom books are not fully open, you can join my waitlist. Every month I pull a few people off the waitlist and book them in, so it's always moving! 

Customs are always drawn in my style! 

 

Can I make adjustments to my custom tattoo?

Yessss! I will send you the design 1-2 days before the appointment date to review and ask for any changes. It's your tattoo- I want you to love it! 

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling?

In general, if you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. I understand that some situations may be out of your control, so I'm open to making exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding!

Late to the appointment?
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and I haven't heard from you, your deposit will be forfeit and you will have to pay the full amount for the tattoo.

If you are over 30 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel the appointment entirely. I may be booked up back to back, and starting much later can mess up my schedule for other clients I may have that day. To rebook in the event of me cancelling the appointment, a new deposit will be required​

 

What payment?
I accept cash, e-transfer or card for payment! Payment via debit/credit card may be subjected to additional fees (tacked on through my cardreader and dependent on the card type), so cash or e-transfer are preferred! 

 

What if I need a touch-up?

Please reach out to me via email to schedule a touch-up appointment! Touch-ups are always free, any time! You are welcome to tip if you'd like.

Where is the studio?
